These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Logo Artz website and services. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Logo Artz provides custom patch manufacturing, embroidery services, and related products including:
Orders can be placed through our website, phone, or email. All orders are subject to acceptance by Logo Artz. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we begin production or ship your order.
Custom orders require artwork approval before production begins. Changes to approved artwork may result in additional charges and production delays.
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Prices include the services specified in your order but exclude shipping, taxes, and any additional services unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges may apply for rush orders, design changes, artwork creation, or special requirements. These will be communicated before processing.
Standard production time is 7-10 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Rush orders may be available for additional fees.
We offer various shipping options including standard, expedited, and overnight delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must provide artwork in acceptable formats (AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG/JPG). We offer design services for additional fees if needed.
Customers warrant that they own or have permission to use all artwork provided. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing copyrighted material without proper authorization.
All artwork must be approved before production. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details including colors, text, and design elements.
We guarantee the quality of our products and workmanship. If you receive defective products due to manufacturing errors, we will replace them at no charge.
Quality issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Custom products are made to order and generally cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Stock products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a refund minus shipping costs.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
We offer free samples to help customers evaluate our quality. Sample requests are subject to approval and limited to one per customer per product type.
Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and remain the property of Logo Artz.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
